1 Introduction

Welcome to wan288. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and wan288 ("the platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use wan288.

wan288 is an online gaming platform offering sports betting — including cricket, PSL, football and esports — alongside casino games including slots, fish games and bingo. All services are provided in PKR for players in Pakistan. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform and all products offered under the wan288 brand.

2 Eligibility

To register and use wan288 you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be accessing the platform as an individual player — not on behalf of a third party.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and at any point the platform requests verification.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or voluntary restriction on any gaming platform.

wan288 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to belong to ineligible users will be suspended. Any PKR balance in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with our account closure procedures.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one wan288 account. Opening more than one account — whether using the same personal details or different ones — is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth and contact details. This information is used for identity verification, account security and — where applicable — payment processing. wan288 may require supporting documentation to verify any of this information at any stage.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out using your login details is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified wan288 that your account has been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

wan288 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and other supported mobile wallets. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa process instantly — your PKR balance is available immediately after a successful transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same or equivalent channel used for deposit wherever possible. Verified accounts receive PKR withdrawals within the processing timeframe applicable to the chosen payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa cashouts are typically completed within minutes for verified accounts.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method.
• wan288 does not charge platform fees on standard PKR deposits. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside of our control.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review where account verification is incomplete or where there are security reasons to do so.
• Funds deposited into your wan288 account may only be withdrawn once any applicable wagering requirements have been met.

wan288 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be reversed.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on wan288 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport or game in question. These rules are displayed within each relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting activity:

• Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in your PKR balance at the time of placement.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific market rules explicitly permit it.
• wan288 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were displayed with an error in the odds, a technical fault or where the result is clearly already known at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, suspended or abandoned without a result being determined, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 international and other domestic and international fixtures — are subject to cricket-specific rules covering reduced-over games, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and match abandonment scenarios.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected markets. Odds in live markets change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation.

wan288 retains the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including placing maximum bet limits on individual accounts or specific markets.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

wan288 may offer bonuses, promotional credits or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made. General principles that apply to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used within the platform as permitted by the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use by the registered account holder. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, is a breach of these Terms.
• wan288 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any bonus at any time if it identifies misuse or if the promotion was published in error.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Use

wan288 is committed to fair and transparent gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tools designed to place bets without direct manual input.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or incorrectly priced markets.
• Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate market outcomes or game results.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing wan288 using a VPN or similar tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

wan288 monitors account activity for unusual patterns. Where prohibited activity is identified, we reserve the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals pending investigation and report relevant information to appropriate authorities.

8 Account Security
